Advancement Regional Business Lenders, Inc - Requirements
Eligibility Requirements:
The business must be located in a town of less than 25,000 population. The results of the loan must create or retain job opportunities. The business must be Owner Operated as opposed to investment property.
Credit Requirements:
An applicant must demonstrate management experience, have a reasonable repayment plan and have a good credit
report and repayment history.
Collateral:
Loans are secured by real estate with personal guarantees required of all principals. If properly secured, loan funds can be used for acquisition, construction, expansion, modernization, working capital, and inventory.
